You can tell the dr was super nice ,but staff was horrible, had to walk out of the back because the associate was super rude and lady in the front was even more rude !

I have been here on two occasions. Once for my contact & eyeglass exam and the other for the follow up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In meeting Dr. Reffell he is extremely amicable & knowledgeable. During the times I’ve been here, he’s been attentive and has a great personality! I would definitely recommend this clinic for your eye needs and I will be recommending my family and friends come here as well.

I had a very good experience at Vision Associates of El Paso. The staff was great. Special thanks to Dr. M. Reffell. He was very professional and attentive. It’s nice that we now have a location in east of El Paso.
