This place is horrible at managing scheduled appointments. My original app was at 11:45 got out of there at 2pm . I had somewhere to be at 2pm and because of this clinic i had to modify my schedule. If you want to wait forever this is your place . Also i asked the front desk of how much longer she codnt really tell a time because she said the staff had went to lunch.

Don’t schedule with this clinic unless you have nothing else to do throughout your day. I had an appointment at 2:00 P.M. & the estimated wait time was 2 hours & that’s not even including the wait time after you get called inside, this is not my first time coming here. I finally had the courage of walking out & scheduling with another optometry clinic that values my time. I never did it before because of the inconvenience of going on the hunt for another clinic I don’t even care anymore about finding someone else.

The staff is professional and the Doctor did amazing.i cleared my day specifically for this appointment, I was there for 2 hours and I have no regrets about the wait time. There were many other patients complaining about the wait but I would rather wait the two hours for 5 star service than to have a doctor who is in a rush, rush my procedure. They are doing the best that they can with he influx of patients that they have. I appreciate the service that I was provided with and will patronize again. In a very tense environment, they were peaceful and did not take the frustrations out on the clients.
