The staff at VCA is outstanding. I am very grateful for Dr. Rubrich’s attention to details of my vision issues, and know I am in great hands. I would not trust my children’s eyes anywhere other than VCA.

Optical gets 2*.
Very good experience with Dr Ottino.
Sadly, Optical and related insurance billings are a cluster ***
Hopefully it gets straightened out today. It’ll be day 3 of trying to get a correct billing.
Ooops! I just got a call and they think they have it fixed. I’m not sure they do and may need to go to facility and sit down with billing agent to get resolution. Shouldn’t be this tough!
