This was my first appointment with my new insurance. And they are very kind, helpful and very patient. Helped me with finding the perfect pair, answered my questions and explaining everything to me to help me understand better. Can't wait to get my new pair of glasses.

I don't recommend the service. I had to call to find out why my glasses were taking longer. They blamed it on VSP and told me to call back. I called back as requested & whomever answered the phone made it seem like an inconvenience. … More

We are fairly new patients here and we absolutely LOVE it. Everyone is warm, caring, and professional. From the front office staff, to the nurses, and even the Dr- we are treated with patience and respect. My daughter gets really nervous about her eye appointments and they always take their time with her. Explaining everything so she feels comfortable. It’s hard to find top notch medical care nowadays and we have most certainly found it here at Vision Care Associates.
