Got a pair of shades and glasses. Shades are fine but the first set of my frames on the glasses broke apart. They replaced the first set which was cool then the second set did the exact same thing but now they can't do anything about it. Less than a year old.....

We had a bad experience with the Washington store. They over charged us for our deductable. I called them and they stated they didn't know how to check it and would have the lady that does billing at the Peoria store contact me. It has been three weeks with no call back. I can't get anyone to refund our money. They didn't schedule a follow up appointment and then when I asked them about it they still didn't schedule it or order a trial pair of contact lenses. We stopped back in to get our prescription so we could order contacts from another business and then they wanted to reorder the trial contacts. It's been over six weeks since they were suppose to order the trial contacts for the second time and we haven't heard from them. I have tried to call both Peoria and Washington and it transfers to voicemail.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I got an appointment quickly, the doctor was professional, and my glasses arrived so quickly! I'd 100% recommend!
