Dr. Chang has been my optometrist for many years. He is knowledgeable and very thorough in his examinations. Dr. Chang has a kind demeanor and personality. I would recommend him for anyone needing an optometrist.

I have been with Vision Care Center of Hawaii for over 40 years. I have always found the assistants to be very professional, courteous and always friendly. My optometrist over all this time had been Dr. Michael Chang, who just recently retired. He was the best! I've only had the new optometrist on one visit, but she seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
