My daughter had an appointment today 5/11/24 and we checked in with a male receptionist who's name is Bruce. He was very professional and pleasant. But because my daughter has a second insurance so I asked her to Doble check to see if they expected the second insurance. While she was asking the guy who checked her in this other receptionist who's name is Dona jumped into the conversation and told us that they do not expect that insurance followed by giving us a look like we didn't belong there. I too work in the medical field and I find this very unprofessional. Everyone should be treated equal no matter who they are.

I stopped by to get some new glasses and the staff was incredibly helpful with my prescription and managing through my insurance. The new glasses came in quickly, were a perfect fit, and the lenses were properly made to my prescription. This is a great team for anyone looking for a new optometrist!

I just moved to Cumberland and was looking for a new eye doctor. I went to Vision Care with a fairly unique prescription. The dr gave me a trial pair of contact lenses which fit poorly, turned in my eyes and did not provide clear vision. I called back to follow up and they told me contact lenses turn in your eye naturally and that the prescription was correct. They said they would contact the dr to follow up with me but he never did. I will never go back. Horrible experience.

The staff is awesome, always leading with kindness and compassion. Donna has always been so helpful to me and my kiddos!

I went there for years at the North Attleboro location, the hours were a little off but staff was helpful. I didn't receive any notice that they changed locations, which I thought was odd. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists at the new location. She was very unprofessional and condescending on the phone and that was enough for me to seek out a different optometrist.

They are always so friendly, nice, and professional! Good selection of frames, in a range of prices, too.

I went in for a new patient appointment today and I cannot say nothing but great things about Vision Care Cumberland. The front desk staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The esthetics of the practice is very modern with high tech equipment. I did not have to wait long at all to be called in. Ricky was great! He was very professional and helpful. He asked questions and prepared me before the doctor came in. Dr. Wright is amazing! He took his time and provided a very thorough examination. He made sure all my questions were answered and explained things in the manner I was able to understand. I am happy I found this practice and look forward to going back!

I’ve been a patient of this location for several years and the receptionist, I believe her name is Donna, is always amazing. She is always so kind and goes above and beyond and is the reason why I love going to VisionCare Cumberland.

I went to go there today and they are permanently closed. Planet Fitness is expanding into that location.
