We walked in to look for the frames for my son.
We were helped immediately.
Allie greeted us right away and helped my son pick his frames (we were not patients). She was so professional, knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and so dedicated that we decided to switch providers and become patients.
Customer service is the top notch.
Doctor and front desk ladies are very helpful as well.

Whole family has been patients of Dr. Rosen for over 15 years and we couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the care we have received. The staff is great: helpful and kind all around. Allie has been fantastic helping select our eyewear, when we got to that point in life! We will be patients for the years to come.

Great selection of frames here from the premium brands like Oliver Peoples if that’s what you’re after. Exceptional quality lenses. I have an insane prescription so I’m unfortunately able to tell when a lens is finished well or not.
Docking a star just because the optician takes a lunch break from 1 to 2:30. That seems like an especially long window in the day when you can’t get service.
