Do NOT buy your glasses here! Their prices are are extremely HIGH especially considering the unprofessional service and extended amount of time you have to wait to get them. I waited a month and asked for a refund after over two weeks of waiting. They had "lost my order in their system". They refused my refund due to "Corporate Policy". They also scheduled my original appointment at the wrong location. Administrative staff is appearantly incompetent. The customer is nothing to this company! While the actual exam was pleasant and thorough, I'll be taking my business and everyone I know, speak to, or otherwise contact to other establishments. I recommend a big NO for this business.

Worst experience at any “professional” service anywhere, ever in my life. The exam was awkward and seemed haphazard, and was apparently not done properly because I couldn’t see out of the glasses for extended periods of time due to headaches and muscle strain. So I just went back to my old glasses, but when I did call to see what could be done, they said they would charge me for another exam even though they messed up the first exam. I will not waste any more time or money at this place! I’m going to someone more qualified and professional!

I recently went here for my annual eye exam for contact lenses since my insurance changed and I had to go with someone who accepted my insurance. When my samples were ordered I was asked to come back in for an appointment to receive my samples and "try them on". I was charged $55 for a contact lenses fitting. I've worn these exact contacts since I was 13 years old and have never been charged or even asked to make an appointment to receive my samples. Needless to say I will be looking for a new eye doctor yet again which is a shame because I liked Dr. Gannon but I think this is a complete scam.
