In January of 2023, my son broke one of his lenses and we contacted the office to request a replacement. Since we had an upcoming appointment scheduled for March, during which we typically would have gotten a new pair of lenses, we inquired about paying for only two lenses instead of one now and one later. The office informed us that we could order the lens directly and receive credit when we needed the new pair.
However, when we arrived for our March appointment, they refused to honor the credit, stating that it had a 60-day expiration and that no one had mentioned this previously. The clinic had been sold to a new owner, and the doctor and manager did not fulfill their promise.
