Extremely unhappy with their service! The number to this place is not a direct line. So, a worker at a random optometry location would answer the calls. And, they are unprofessional, unfriendly, and don’t follow-up. And, I must add that the optometry department is not very good at delivering what it promises. My glasses that were supposed to be ready on the promised day was not. So, I called to check the status and was told that I would have to wait a couple more days. However, the glasses did not arrive as I was told. This is UNACCEPTABLE! They didn’t notify their customer of the delay or apologize. Kaiser, in general, runs their hospital/clinic like it’s a corporate. I don’t feel as if they have their patients’ best interests in mind. I will not come back here or recommend this place!

I’ve been wearing glasses with high prescription for over 15 years. That is why in any optometry I have used in the past, all over the world, they offer thin glasses for an extra cost. This is the first time I’ve been given a pair of glasses whose weight was totally unbearable. I returned them and said they will make them thinner. So after my 4th visit, they give me the same thickness, second pair exactly the same. This is embarrassing and Kaiser should be ashamed of the quality they are providing to patients. While the world goes towards thinner screens, thinner cameras and whatnot, they are offering glasses that seems to belong to the XIX century. I was unable to wear the glasses and had to return them. They hurt my nose and damaged my skin after 5 hours of use. I got a refund for them but after 5 visits and plenty of wasted time, I am still using my old ones. Extremely disappointed.

Do not go here unless you like to waste your time. The contact lens office worker talks on the phone all day and very loudly about planning parties instead of seeing patients or being helpful. The doctor also yells at you and acts like you are refusing treatment whenever you ask questions. No thanks
