Normally, I really like this clinic. Today they were way over booked.

Jen was such a tremendous help. She was so patient and helped me make adjustments to several pairs of frames and made sure I understood all of the features of my new lenses. She made a chore feel enjoyable!

Alii is a very kind, gentle, and helpful person to help with my new specs. She did great.

This kaiser facility is nice. Clean, and everyone seems very friendly

When my glasses frames separated while on a trip to Portland, Mariah saved the day. She skillfully repositioned the tiny fittings and gave helpful advice for returning to my home optician. I really appreciated her swift help.

I really like my eye doctor ( who I won’t tell the name because its really really hard to get an apt) there is a express checkin machine which is great when lines long I worked with Fon in the eye store and he was amazing. Helped with my first progressive lens and helped with choosing lens. Finally got my glasses fitted so they stay on my nose! You can’t book with him, but if you are lucky and he helps you then tell him I said hi. I had a great experience with him and I hope you do too

Lisa Anastasia was the nurse who cared for me today at Kaiser Dermatology She was thorough, explained the whole derm. “Patch test” process in its entirety, was gentle, kind, caring. These type of nurses, doctors at Kaiser need to be recognized.! Thank you Lisa at Central Interstate Kaiser. Cinda

Dr. Chen and her assistant, Joanna, were both very competent, thorough and kind. I’m so impressed with Joanna’s complete prep and recording my concerns, and Dr. Chen’s exam, taking time to really listen to my vague symptoms, then examining carefully to uncover the cause, and then explain it to me. She came up with a solution to the real, underlying issue.

It was a very busy day for your staff, so the wait was a bit longer to register. My doctor, Dr. Chen was efficient, compassionate, remembered me and my situation. Both my husband and I often tell others about our overall excellent experience with the Kaiser system! Of note, at the Interstate check in near the ER, a very solution oriented staff person recommended that she call my primary to see if I could be seen for ankle pain, instead of waiting i2 hrs for Urgent Care. She called and got us in to see my primary, cutting the wait time to 1/2 of that and not jamming up the ER any further. Very resourceful, and I wish I had taken her name down so you could give her positive feedback. I was there this Monday, 10/28 around 10 -11 am and she was the second cube of the check in desks. Well done to her. Also, the Pharmacy manager when we picked up our order was polite and personal in his professionalism. Again, this was at Interstate. So many good customer service moments on a day where I was at Kaiser for an eye problem and my foot from 8:30 to 1 pm. The Xray tech was also great! Thanks to the kaiser people who work hard!

I received outstanding care from Natalie Kulaga, OD. Dr. Kulaga was genuinely friendly and caring and also highly proficient. She listened actively to my questions, responded helpfully, and offered excellent advice. I enthusiastically recommend her .

Michael Hawkins was wonderful. He was personable and helpful. My special needs tween needed an exchange. She had gotten glasses that were too small for her. He bent over backwards to match the style and help her find glasses that fit! Very pleased. Thank you Michael.

I ordered glasses from Michael. He was patient and helped me with several styles. He also adjusted my glasses. He is professional and nice at the same time. A good experience. Thank you.

Dan at the eye care center was not helpful at all plus had a negative attitude. When I asked that the doctor told me the glasses could be fixed, he responded in a dismissive and almost mocking way saying that he doesn’t fix glasses here. Even if the doctor may have been mistaken, he didn’t take the time to examine the glasses up close, he simply looked from a distance and immediately said no. He then sent me off to pick a new frame. Meanwhile, me and my daughter overheard him speaking with his coworkers in a way that felt like he was making fun of us that made us feel uncomfortable. In the past, they would help adjust the frame and ship it to me later, but he never offered that option this time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Dan lacked the professionalism and kindness you’d expect when working with clients.

I’ve been visiting this location for a few years now and the staff has always been amazing. Today I enjoyed another wonderful visit, with a new face, Alexandria :) who was so kind, patient, and helpful. Alex took great care in listening to what I was looking for and had excellent suggestions of old and new styles suited to my taste. She also helped adjust my previous pair that I got here last year. Fantastic energy overall! I will keep coming back to this location to get my eye glasses. Thanks so much!

Jenn in the glasses department was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and made great recommendations. She helped me find a perfect pair of glasses after having a hard time choosing, and gave me her opinion, which was super helpful. Everything was super smooth, easy to understand, all employees were great and helpful!

Just finished my Eye exam and contact fitting with Dr. Chen at the Clackamas office. WOW. What an amazing experience! Julie and Sherril were such bright faces and answered my questions and made the check in easy! Bridget took all my assessments and explained the steps along the way. She did such a great job and is so sweet! This was my first time with Dr. Chen and I am so impressed with her professionalism and warmth. She answered my many questions and went through the appointment with ease. I am looking forward to having her as my eye doctor from now on, even though I live on the Westside! Stephen did such an amazing job being patient with me as he taught me about contacts and how to put them in and take them out. He is so patient! He made the process easier having such a sweet personality! Thank you all for making such a positive appointment at 7:30 am on a Saturday, so pleasant!! I will be back!!

I had to have eye tests and an exam. I got done with my eye tests a little early but they were able to get me in to see Dr. Marsh before my apt time. Things went smoothly and everyone was upbeat and helpful. Dr. Marsh's assistant was efficient and of course Dr. Marsh was great. He always cares and checks everything out carefully. He also answers questions and explains things as he goes .

My visit was excellent. Dr. Cirera-Probst was friendly and welcoming, focused and informative. It was a pleasure meeting her. She closed by inviting me to ask any questions I might have. Her Aide was super nice and very focused, preparing me for the assessment.

Kevin is amazing! Kevin set a welcoming tone from the moment of entering the exam room. Kevin also shared Dr. Ma had an emergent patient come in and that our wait might be on the longer than normal side. While we waited Kevin offered bottled water. Phemomenal!! Such care and and excellent experience for sure. Dr. Ma is also very caring, offering concise and full explanation and empathy to my Dads care and situation with taking care of his only seeing eye. Thank you so much for helping me care for my parents so well by caring so much as their healthcare providers. Really great customer service experience. I had an unique situation trying to get my brother contacts while he's incarcerated. The only thing he wanted was contacts to help him see better as his glasses were older and broken. The staff at Vision Essentials was very caring and helpful especially Allie Potter. Thank you all so much for making a family struggling with so many things feel like we were not a burden and helping us do a small thing that makes a huge difference. I was greeted at reception very kindly. One of the reasons I don’t need instant check in. I like the human connection no matter how short. My doctor also greeted me as she had no assistant. She was very thorough, explained everything as she moved us through the appointment. We discussed each part of the exam. She made good suggestions and made subsequent appointments as needed. I liked her and the care that was given me on my Saturday appointment. I am completely satisfied with my visit and still sing the praises of Kaiser! MK
