John at Vision Essentials Falls Church was so helpful today. He fixed my glasses for me while I waited!

John went out of his way in repairing my bent glasses, working me in as another customer was taking her time choosing her new frames. On another occasion he also worked hard to untangle a billing problem after I had to change glasses when my double vision resolved itself. Thank you, John for your perseverance and patience working hard for each of your customers ‘ needs!

Eric is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy and thankful for him in choosing my new eyeglasses. Keep up the good job!

I was really need someone help me with my glasses. I found the best person. His name is Eric. It was wonderful (Help) and promptly and efficient. I highly recommend him really nice and helpful.

The optician, Eric, was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He listened to my needs and desires. Even though I had explored the available frames, he offered to look and selected a few which he thought might work. Ultimately I decided on one that he picked out that would fit my lenses well. So he has a good eye. He also pointed out a consideration for how the progressive lenses would fit in the frame to offer maximum views for distance and driving and reading. I was very pleased with his service and attentiveness.

I was treated to one of the best exams in the Falls Church Ophthalmology Department today, 01/04/24. Joel Lozan, COA was very calm, courteous, professional and efficient. Highly recommend him and KP!

Eric is an excellent optician. He assisted me from selecting my eyeglasses to fitting them well and explained everything even as to how to wear them properly. He is an asset to the Optical department.

I purchased new glasses and they required adjustment. I waited by John, and he went above and beyond to ensure my glasses were fitted properly on my eyes. I appreciate his diligence. I would give John 5 out of 5 stars!

Horrible Horrible customer service! I have been trying to call KP Vision Essentials Optical Center for a week now to ask questions about contact lenses. I work and cannot go in there before they close. They never answer the phone. I have also called the KP Specialty Appointment line. They tried to call, and also got no answer. Several times, they have sent messages telling them to call me back. They never have! I have made a complaint with Member services but have not yet heard back. I used to work for Kaiser in Southern California and this never would have been tolerated!

John in optometry at Falls Church was excellent. I had a loss of consciousness episode and fell on my glasses. He fixed the bent frame and nose pieces and got the lenses back in. They are like new. He took me as soon as I arrived and fixed them very quickly.

Very pleased with my experience at Kaiser Falls Church Vision Essentials. Eric helped me find a great pair of glasses for everyday use and one for work in the hospital. They both look great and he adjusted them to make sure they fit perfectly. He is knowledgeable but not pushy and inspires confidence. I am so glad I came here!
