The Optical Center at Kaiser Lutherville has been so great with all my children's glasses needs. Even when it took months for glasses to come in due to the government shutdown, they were so responsive and communicative about the delivery time. The whole staff works great with children and every experience has been positive. Thank you all for all you do!

I had a wonderful experience today at Vision Essentials at KPs Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center. Kristina was the technician who assisted me - and she was great! She exhibited the perfect blend of the core customer service attributes: friendly yet courteous, knowledgeable yet patient, and professional yet still definitely welcoming and personable at the same time. All of theses qualities combined helped to make me feel at ease right away. As a matter of fact, thinking about it retrospectively, i am rather impressed on how quickly she was able to change my mindset 180° about the whole event.... I started off this morning rather annoyed and disgruntled that a trip to visit an Optometrist for the purpose of procuring eyeglasses to address a few of the vision problems I've been recently experiencing, was something that was NEEDED for me to do; this of course was subsequently forcing me to acknowledge and admit to myself something far worse... I was getting older! As could be expected this was something I was dreading to do. However, within minutes of meeting her and engaging in the small-talk she initiated with me, Kristina somehow dissolved all my negative thoughts and got me into a headspace where I was excited about getting glasses for the first time! Props to you, Kristina! Ultimately she made the whole process Staples-button easy; her feedback about the different frames which I was trying on facilitated my ability to make my decision rather quickly; she helped me narrow down my choices by advising me which frame shapes work best with my face and which do not. I kept showing her my top choices, and she would give me a thumbs-up approval for the ones that looked best on me; and a head-shake disapproval on the others, making me put the pairs that didn't look good on me back right away, and always kindly offering insightful information why a pair DID work for me and why one DID NOT. I'm not sure if she was just really good at reading her customers, and either consciously or subconsciously realized just how good this type of feedback is for me, but she quickly opted to be a very hands-on provider and participant in my quest. I'm the type of personality that definitely NEEDS the expert providing assistance in whatever my quest du-jour is to be actively dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. If I don't get that, I would end up spending way too much money on something that looks hideous on me, and/or something that doesn't do what I'm really needing it to do, all the while with me thinking I was the bomb and made these "great" decisions. Her involvement also played a huge roll in affecting what could have taken several hours for me in this type of store; I ended up only being there maybe 15 or 20 minutes in total, and I walked out with a pair of glasses purchased that I and my friend both felt look great on me! I can't wait till they arrive in 2 weeks. Thanks Kristina for making today's experience fast, painless, and fun!

Vision Essentials at Kaiser Permanente is fabulous!!! Laurie helped to find frames that suited my face and did one of the best explanations of astigmatism that I’ve ever heard. Recommend them 100%!!!

Lauren was so helpful with me today. She gave me an estimate price for contact lenses/the fitting. She broke down the step by step. She always helped me with my older glasses! I had an eye exam and my eyes were dilated, but I walked into the optical department at Kaiser Lutherville to find out how much my insurance would cover for glasses. I decided to go ahead and browse since I was there, even though I couldn't clearly see colors. Lauren was so delightful. She told me what the dominant color was and gave me her honest opinion about how they looked. She was really good at selecting frames for me to try. I made my selections, got pricing with great discounts and should have my new glasses in about 7 days. I have been going to Visionworks for years but am glad I decided to give Kaiser Optometry a try!

I had a ruff start my appt got cancel with a different provider at kaiser but I had a appt with kaiser vision and after meeting Mr. SCOTT he made me forget everything I was feeling earlier He help me with my glasses and gave me a wonderful deal and told me information that I didn't know about my glasses insurance. He was so wonderful that my fiancé went back home and came back to see him to help her with her glasses. He was such a wonderful man.

I usually never leave reviews but I had an amazing experience with Lauren she got me in and out and let me use my framed glasses for my lenses. Also she helped me reshape my old one because they were bent up. 10/10 for Lauren !!!

I received very comprehensive care from Ms. Laurie (Optician) at the Kaiser Permanente Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center). She provided an extensive explanation of my eye prescription which allowed the selection of options for my eyeglasses a very seamless process. I don’t know how often people who serve in the medical field receive compliments, but my experiences with Kaiser are always on point. Last week I took my broken eye glasses frame in for repair at the Timonium location. Lauren easily resolved the matter with ease and a pleasant, professional attitude. She is typical of the reception I get no matter which department I use. Her attitude diffused my frustration and turned a negative situation into a pleasant experience. Well done!

Super nice, friendly, efficient folks with no up-sale pressure and a wide variety of lenses for any budget. Wait time is a little longer than typical but if you can wait a couple of weeks, highly recommend.

Lauren at the Timonium Vision Center went above and beyond to help me with replacing my broken glasses. The frames were discontinued but she called other locations and found one more in stock. She arranged to have them delivered and there was no charge. Excellent and efficient service!!
