This is where I go for vision/eye related services. The receptionists are nice and friendly. Wiling to help and take time to explain things when needed it. Stupendous service. The doctors are really nice and courteous. Talk things through with you and really make you feel comfortable. They are there to keep you satisfied and comfortable, they make that a priority all the while keeping it professional. Very personable staff and doctors. Also, what I really like is eye exams and contact fittings are relatively less expensive than other places. I've only had positive experiences the times I've been here.

Have been going here for over 3 years now, love the staff and how personable they are!! The doctor is great with kids, so patient and kind, explaining the whole process made my anxious daughter so much more at ease! The staff is amazing, very knowledgable about insurance coverages, and what they don't know, they will quickly find out for you! Excellent selection of frames to choose from and the turnaround time on glasses beats TSO hands down, not to mention the prices are so affordable!! We refuse to go anywhere else, This is our eye doctor for life!!!☺

I’ve been visiting with these ladies since 2008. My service and care is always efficient and pleasant. I brought my entire family. Most of us still come here. Some of the staff has changed but it hasn’t affected the service I’ve received. It’s nice going someplace where the people remember you and even your eye ware choices. They help you make an informed and fashionable decision that fits your face your vision needs and budget. Thanks ladies.

Listens to me! If you have eye problems need new glasses you have to come here!!! Dr.Trang is the best!!! She was kind, professional and patient!! I got my prescription here and it was never wrong, always comfortable, and my whole family have their glasses done here too! ! Don't think prescriptions won’t go wrong, I went to many places that did it wrong! And also the price here are one of the cheapest in the area, if you reading this stop reading! I hate to be the one customer that has an issue with this Business. Let me preface this review by saying as a Pearland resident of 23 years I always like to make it a point to shop local as much as I can. My entire family has been using this business for all of our eye care needs for years. Today I am truly disappointed that I will have to find a new eye doctor. I took my glasses on Saturday because I had broken the frame. I was told that the brand is no longer in my size but I could get a smaller frame. Once the frame came in they realized that the lenses were too big, so they offered to trim them down a bit. After getting my glasses back the right lens was severally scratched to the point that I could not see properly. Immediately go back and mentioned the fact that I left my glasses with them and they were not scratched when I left them. They offered to get new lenses but I had to pay a $25 co-pay, I asked why I am I having to pay a co-pay when you had my glasses and they were not scratched when I left them. Needless to say, the Dr. did not budget on the co-pay after all the years of using their business. So now my family and I will have to find a new eye Dr.

I've been going to the same ladies at vision etc for over 15 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The staff is always polite and ready to help. They have competitive prices even with online sellers.

This is my 5th year of using Vision Etc and I love them. They are friendly, competent and efficient. I've never had such fast service on getting new glasses and the staff has the patience of Job while I'm looking for new frames. I have used several other eye doctors but not one has the combined competence of Vision Etc. In addition they have lots of frames at all price levels.

Have always had a great experience here for myself and my son. The staff is helpful, patient, and personable. While I could save a few $$ and go to WM, I would rather entrust my vision and eye health to these folks who are passionate about what they do.

Great experience. New to area and was seeking an optometrist. Vision Etc staff and doctor were all amazing. Dr. Truong explained EVERYTHING and made my first experience top notch. I am beyond pleased and totally recommend.

We love the staff and doctors here! My daughter, husband and myself all get our exams, glasses, contacts here and have never had any issues. They even finished my daughter's reading glasses in the same day as her exam!

Top notch doctors who remember us every time. Been using Vision Etc basically since they opened. We were excited to get an optical store in Pearland back then. The staff is helpful and friendly. Frame prices are reasonable and lenses are on special regularly with VSP. Highly recommend.

To the owner of Vision Etc: If you keep doing like this, you will lose lots of long-term customers, including myself. To other customers: Please read recent reviews carefully, as this place is not as good as before. The service is really bad now. Long story short: they will blame you for their mistakes. And they will try every effort to say that you are the problem, not them. Details: I had really good experience with this place last year. So when I need a new pair of glasses, I came back, even though I have moved to a new place. But, it end up to be an awful decision. We ordered 2 pairs of glasses and both of them have problems. One was fixed with our 2nd visit; however, the problem of the other pair haven't been fix yet now (07/10/2021 -- 2 months since my purchase date). 1. When first wearing the new glasses, I felt dizzy and headache and everything was out-of-shape. I called the office. The front desk lady told me, that was because my prescription had been changed a lot and she asked me to wear it for another 2 weeks to "get used to it". I tried with this pain and never got used to it. So I made an appointment and came back. The doctor checked the glasses and said the lab didn't do it correctly based on the prescription, so they would have to re-do it. 2. I waited for 4 weeks and no one called me back to tell me that my glasses were ready for pickup until I called them again. 3. When I came to the office the 3rd time, the nose pad was missing on my new glasses. But one girl from front desk told me, that was because "The frame you gave us didn't have nose pad, the frame is yours and you only ordered lens from us" -- ARE YOU KINDING ME? I spent $400+ (after insurance) to order a brand new pair of glasses from you. And the glasses didn't have nose pad and you told me it was my fault??? Then they checked the system and admitted that the frame was from them, but they "don't know why it happened" and "there is nothing they can do now unless I choose to put a cheap nose pad on it instead." If I want my original nose pad, I will have to come back again after 2 weeks. 4. We asked for a purchase record, they told me " We cannot print it" We asked "why", they said "It cannot be printed" We asked to take a picture of the purchase record and notes that we didn't pick up our glasses. They said "You cannot do it" I don't understand why they hesitate to let me have my own purchase record. From the beginning to the end, they never apologize to their mistakes, neither did they show any considerations to customers. The doctor is very nice though, that is the reason why we came back to them this year. Hope I will be able to pick up my glasses after 2 weeks and I will update my experience here later. But for now, I strongly recommend everyone DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE. Everyone makes mistakes, but you shouldn't blame others with your own mistakes. Learn to be a good human being before running a business!

Since Vison Etc was opened about 20 yrs ago, my family goes there for annual exame and new glasses/lenses. We couldn’t be happier with all staff, their service, and great selection of frames. Highly recommended. They are the best.

Best eye exam service I have ever received. From creating the appointment, to the extremely knowledgeable front office staff, to the incredibly detailed, thorough and caring doctor. Can’t speak highly enough of my whole experience. Definitely recommend.

I can't believe I have never written Vision Etc. a review. I have been going here well over 12+ years, probably since they have opened. The team is lovely and very kind and sweet. They make the process super easy and I am always in and out. Love coming here and even though I have moved away, I will make the hour drive to come here. Thanks guys!

I love this place!! I have used them for several years and will continue to do so. All of the staff is very nice and helpful. Every time I have had to order contacts or glasses they are in really quick. It seems like the same person wrote all 4 of the bad reviews which should not be allowed. GREAT, HONEST STAFF!!

Absolutely love this place! I have been going here for about a decade and my kids love it here too! Both optometrist are absolutely amazing! Love their staff especially Lizzie and Sabun(I’m so short of I butchered her name), they were so patient with my daughter putting trying her contacts. Recommend 100%!

Really great care, for both the smaller things (timeliness of glasses) and big things (glaucoma, seeing double) I love their staff. The doc is really knowledgeable and friendly. the staff deal very well with my narrow face-still wearing kate Spade in my 50s. Can't say enough good about their service.

My family has been visiting Vision Etc for nearly 12 years. I actually no longer live in Texas, but I continue to schedule appointments with them when I am in town to visit my parents. If you are looking for a doctor who will know you and remember you, provide professional eye care, and discuss your eye health with you in both an intelligent and intelligible way, I suggest you try Vision Etc. Good service when you're there. However: DO NOT expect them to call you if you order new glasses or lenses; I had to check in 3 times with them to find out if my new lenses ever made it. DO NOT leave your glasses case that you like with them if/when getting new whatevers - they will throw it away without asking you. Orders also take longer than they tell you.
