I was a walk in. My insurance recently changed and I need a new Dr who would take it. My insurance didn't cover much but my out of pocket was reasonable for the service I received. The exam was not rushed and they took time to explain all my options for contacts and glasses. ChMging Do tons is always stressful and I feel very confident in this decision.

one of the front ladies was rude to my pregnant mother after she didn't understand why she had to pay a deductible even though they accept our insurance n my mother never had to pay one because we always get one free for a regular eye exam every year. if you can't handle being asked a question without giving attitude then you shouldn't work at the front desk or customer service, but other than that the doctor was hot asf🫢
