The staff at the River City location is upbeat, welcoming and helpful. There was a client who missed an appointment the day before. They were able to consult with the Dr. and fit him in right away and still stayed on schedule. That doesn’t happen much these days!

The female Technician seem to be tired and focused on her phone than the patient, ME! Also, she made little or no eye contact with me the entire time I was in the office with her. Her phone was more important. The service provided by the doctor was good but could not make-up for the behavior of his staff.

Out of the few years I've been going to Vision Express in River City Jack's Florida I've never had an experience like I did yesterday. The young lady that was helping with my insurance, glasses and contacts was very rude. However, I was just trying to understand my insurance with me having two vision plans. Her words "well you can always shop around for cheaper rates". That was not the problem it was simply understanding. Now I'll be switching to another office for my vision needs.
