I’m still waiting for my glasses from 11/19/21 exam/order. 12/12/21 went to pick them up but the frame had a scratch and chip. They were going to order a new frames and I kept following up for status. I need my new glasses. Today 1/15/22 went to pick up the glasses but both sides of the lens were scratch or blotch with something. They tried cleaning and it’s still there. I never had such issue but had to find a new eye care since my dr retired and closed his practice. Office seems to be busy but what part is service or care do we get??? Worst experience ever.

I had various encounters with Maria, she is the worst receptionist I’ve ever came across. She was not informative and could not assist me with anything. Not only that but on various accounts she has stated that she would contact me back to make a scheduled appointment however she never did. I would call back three days later and asked to speak to the manager/supervisor to get my situation resolved. However, at the end of the day it was not. I was charged for a year’s worth of contact lenses in which I never received from First Vision nor did they give me a refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend nor support this type of service or treatment to any paying clients/customers from this establishment to continue this unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

I have mixed reviews for the place. The eye exam was really thorough and the doctor was very good. But when I got my glasses, I kept seeing double for every light source - street lights, traffic lights, head lights, brake lights. Everyone tells me that's because of no anti reflective coating but I always believed anti reflective coating was a comfort feature. In the end, they wanted me to pay $51 for very basic anti reflective coating. In essence, despite having vision insurance, I would have to pay for barely functioning glasses. This review is more an indictment of vision insurance than of this particular place. But I was able to get glasses with anti reflective coating included for $15 online at zenni. So remember that any upcharge when you buy glasses are not worth it. Get your eye test. Keep vision insurance with your employer if it's free or cheap and get that eye exam and one pair of glasses within that insurance amount (don't pay for any extras) then go get what you need exactly at Zenni. You will definitely come out ahead.
