I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Horn and his staff. My experience has been amazing. If you are considering anyone else, please see Dr. Horn first. It has been six months since my surgery, and my vision both far and near is better than every. NO MORE READERS!!

Dr. Horn is very professional. I had to wait 15 minutes, but that is typical. His office is very fast efficient and friendly and had a very good experience and a wonderful doctor. I am very happy with my cataract surgery and it was worth the big bucks! I wish I could get rid of the readers, but I guess that’s the deal with any of these cataract surgeries. it is worth it to not have to wear regular glasses,and be able to drive at night without glare. I guess readers are a small part to pay. I only use 1.5.

Had my initial consultation with Vision for Life and Dr Horn. Everyone I delt with was friendly, caring and excellent at their job. Dr. Horn spent an amazing amount of time to explain the condition of my eyes and cataracts. Also, exactly what I can expect as we go through the process of removing the cataracts. I could not be any happier with my choice of Vision for Life.
