The visit was quick. The Dr. wait quick. Exam quick. Dr. explained everything, she was nice. HOWEVER, I called to order contacts for my daughter and for 3 days now I've been put on hold and "messages" have been taken. Still no contacts ordered. They keep saying they are busy or have one person working only. Finally 3 days later and after being on hold for 32mintes, someone picks the phone up to tell me "please wait" for the 3rd time. I said no ma'am, I can not. I explained what I needed and she said "we are very busy". I then said, can I just have my prescription and I can order them somewhere else, she quickly replied "what is your email address ". Four of our family members went for glasses and contacts, I guarantee you 100% we will NOT be returning nor recommend this place!! I wish I had read reviews before making our appointments there .

The people are very friendly,very passionate,very helpful & very considerate of everyone. I really like this eye dr. I would recommend them to anyone. U won't b disappointed or being like u were disrespected either.

Vision Health Specialties didn't make finding an eye doctor in this town easier on us. It's a big place. Clean, modern, and the staff are nice enough. That's where the 2 stars come from. We still had to pay a few hundred over insurance. They wouldn't show my husband which frames were completely covered by insurance. My husband got annoyed when even after telling them we just wanted one additional feature (anti-scratch lenses) the person handling their order acted like a pushy salesperson trying to get him to tack on more 'options'. In addition, we were told between 7-10 days was when the new ones would come in. 3 weeks later, I hadn't heard from them. I had to call them, only to find they were sitting there in the office waiting. Then she tried to tell me my wait was because my son needed 'special' glasses. We won't be going back.
