The staff are all cheerful, warm and welcoming. It was an easy process to get an exam and pick out new glasses with the help of staff that knows their profession from beginning to end. I didn't feel pressured to buy all of the enhancements or the most expensive frames on the shelves, but was offered what I needed and made aware of what was available and left to make my own decisions without a high pressured sales pitch. The entire process here was streamlined, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend Vision Institute Northwest to my family and friends.

Best eye glasses experience I've had they are extremely helpful and have a great selection. They got me a new pair and were able to get new lenses in my old pair and at a decent price! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new exam and glasses 5 stars would give them 6 if they were 6 stars
