I have been on both sides of business - as a professional and consumer. The 'young' workers, in this case, young women, were very condescending and off-putting. The only relevant situational comparison would be cliques -- 16-18 year olds. Firsthand, I saw this on the undergrad freshman level working as adjunct faculty; Before that, there was a 30+ year successful business career. They were extremely unprofessional; plus, the staff to which I am referring, wasn't even working --just yacking -- for at least 30 minutes. So, there wasn't an interruption of an important business concern. That aside, the desk personnel were a bit older, helpful, and respectful. The staff was 100% female that day. I am on the fence about returning. First, my visit was at least 3 hours, with no explanation why it took so long. Also, the exam needed uses special equipment not found in many offices.
On the positive side, my husband has had many visits, phone conversation, and two surgeries. He has never had an issue and gives glowing reports regarding his interactions.

Be careful with going there. Folks that do the eye exam, both for glasses or contacts were not familiar in conducting the exam, and needed to seek help from others to know what they were doing. Scripts were absurdely off from reality and we checked it by doing exams 2 months before (when we were switchng insurance) and after the surprise of the exam there in another provider.
We questioned the measurements several times, and no extra concern or care was put into it. Also, OD Kristen Finlay was late, spent roughly 2-3 minutes with us and didn't care to check anything from the prescription measured.
We also got some extra bogus charges that we questioned and ended up just paying to avoid extra headaches.
Front desk team was extremely helpful and professional. Some better quality has to be put in training the medical staff - both my wife and I felt like I was just getting rushed through the exam so claims could be submitted. Not coming back to any location of this practice ever.

The eye doctor I saw was rude and condescending. I have a problem with my hands shaking an told the nurse about it because I missed some dots on her test because I couldn't push the button fast enough. The doctor saw the test and from then on he was mean and treated me like I was stupid. I guess the nurse didn't tell him my problem. But doesn't matter. He should NEVER treat his paying customer's this way. They keep calling me wanting me to come back. I will never hire them again.
