I was taken care of in a professional environment, with Caryn redesign the supervisor and the members of her staff.I was greeted at the door,with smiles,I was escorted to the back,where the most wonderful person name Diane immediately began to help me.she was fast and very professional,.Than I went straight to see the doctor, who was also professional, walk me through everything she did step by step.People This is The place to go if you need glasses. There are alot of people out here who can make a business look bad,such as employees. This place has a couple bad apples,please don't let that get in the way of those who work hard, and keep things professional for you.This Place is Now rated all in my book of great business in MILWAUKEE. You guys keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

The doctor is very polite and kind but theres two main receptionists in particular who are often there and are incredibly rude, especially over the phone. They really need to check their life choices because there is no reason to be that rude. I had called because my glasses broke and i needed new ones and this lady, instead of just directing me to the correct phone number to make an appointment, she said she would call me back and hung up. She never called me back. I had to call again on a different day and thankfully another receptionist was there who helped me out with all the resources i needed. I need glasses to see in order to go to work, drive, focus on school etc...and for her to leave me hanging like that was not okay.
