I do not even give them one star they do not have a real number for corporate. She took me off speakerphone so I can hear the other young lady that was supposed to be the supervisor at corporate have a conversation with her when I asked her only for corporate‘s number she’s refused to give it to me when I told her that my daughter already had the exam done they reassured her to come back in because her insurance had changed to get another exam and a free pair of glasses when that’s not what you’re supposed to be doing to state insurance, they said that the PD number belong to them and I asked them was that an extra feature that was not added in into the exam and they said that they We’re able to make me pay for a extra $10. It’s not the $10 for ME but its The fact that they want me to scam the state because she has a new insurance and company now she can get a free exam and New free pair of glasses when it has not been a year yet When When I ask what is the state pay for just for the left the right eye prescription they never could explain. They told me that they were basically LLC company and they can charge whatever they choose to. She also called her supervisor that says that she was corporate and she let me know that she was corporate that was working at another store and that the PD number was not covered and that’s the reason why they don’t put it on their paperwork don’t go here

I was very pleased with the level of customer service and eye exam I received at the East Capitol location. I was immediately acknowledged and welcomed to Vision Mart upon entering the store. I must say the three black ladies were professional and knowledgeable. Stacey performed my exam with ease and was very supportive during the telehealth virtual exam (that was my first telehealth virtual exam). I thought I was going to watch a vdieo, but Stacey explained everything to me and the telehealth virtual exam was easyy for me. Vision Mart called and the employee was very nice, so I'm on my way to pickup my new eyeglasses!
