Everyone at Vision One is exceptional in their manner towards their patients, their level of expertise, and their excellence in performing together as a team. The results of my eye surgery have been fantastic. I appreciate Dr Chronister, the technology available at the center, and all of the people at Vision One!

Vision One Laser & Surgery Center far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and calming. I was immediately put at ease by every staff member. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there. That's a rarity these days. I would use them again if a need ever arrises.

My experience at VisionOne was excellent. The front desk Receptionist was very friendly, the Nursing staff were wonderful especially Debbie and Karen. The Anesthesiologist, Alex, was great and of course Dr. Ward was awesome. Everyone was very professional, compassionate, informative and caring. I highly recommend VisionOne to anyone who needs eye surgery.

Very comfortable experience at Vision One. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. Shortly after check in, a nurse greeted me and talked me through the process. All the staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and has a good atmosphere.

Staff was very competent and friendly. They made my 95 y/o mother feel safe and comfortable. Everything was clearly explained and my mother's questions answered. She has been telling everyone how nice staff was to her.

On my day of surgery I arrived and was immediately checked in. Within minutes I was called and brought in and prepared for surgery. Dr. Morgenstern was fantastic and the entire staff was exceptional. They made sure I was comfortable and within a very short time I was brought in for my procedure. After surgery care was also excellent. I was particularly impressed with the printed instructions I was given for home care/healing. Very precise and I referred back to them often. I highly recommend Vision One!!

Dr. Marek and her staff at all locations are fantastic. Today, I'm reviewing CCEC in Malvern. The staff was kind, professional, and caring. I was tended to with respect and all my concerns were addressed with excellent knowledge and empathy. Dr. Marek did an amazing job during surgery, and her staff is as solid as she is. Highly 100% recommend!

Great experience at Vision One. From the check in to my discharge, the entire process was seamless. Karen was great at getting me ready for my procedure and explained every step in the process. Dr. Brown explained the anesthesia choice and kept me comfortable during the procedure. My OR and recovery room nurses were great and professional as well.

I found this office to be very efficient. My appointment was on time. The check in desk was very friendly. The nurses all introduced themselves and helped ease the nerves. They constantly checked on me and asked if I needed anything. The whole process went quickly and without any bumps. I appreciate all they did. It was my second visit and the first was the same. Chester County Eye has the most amazing medical team I’ve ever worked with. My cataract surgery was so easy… Communication from the team for pre-surgery and post surgery was the best. The actual in office visits are so pleasant with very helpful team members offering the best customer service ever. I would recommend recommend Chester County Eye to anyone.
