My time with Dr. Kim was amazing. I have been back four times just because of the friendly encounters with her and her staff. I love being able to call and get the best customer service from any vision office in Billings. The fast and friendly service makes appointment making and orders easy and enjoyable. I can not wait to go back and get my contacts and I’m super thankful for Daisey’s support and instruction during the contact practice. It was easy to get an appointment. The staff is very friendly and the sign in was short and easy. The eye exam was done by Dr. Kim and was very well done and thorough. I had glasses made there several years ago and was very happy with them. I would recommend Vision Optical to anyone looking for an eye exam and /or a new set of glasses.
