Went in for service because this was the only eye doctor that took my insurance at the time. Their glasses hurt my eyes to wear, and came with blue light filtering when I specifically requested that they shouldn't (they at least resolved this last issue for me) To add insult to injury, I paid for all the services while in the office and then received a bill in the mail six months later claiming I didn't and demanding I pay them again.

I had an urgent matter and needed to see an eye doctor right away. I called several places explaining the urgency and the extreme pain I was experiencing and this was the only clinic that understood my extreme discomfort and squeezed me in an hour later to see the optometrist. The doctor got me back right away, looked into my eye and 30 minutes later I was at my pharmacy picking up my prescription eye drop. Thank you for understanding the urgency of my extreme discomfort.
