My first appointment with the doctor was delayed by 15 minutes. Additionally, I was given the wrong prescription. During my second appointment, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time. Despite feeling frustrated by these experiences, I decided to get my eyeglasses from their shop. However, when I received the eyeglasses, the prescription was wrong once again. I opted for the cheapest frame and lens, hoping my insurance would cover 100% of the cost. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that they had charged me over $200 for the subpar product. This entire experience with the eye doctor and the shop has been the worst I've ever encountered. I have no intention of returning for any further eye-related appointments with them

Totally recommended! It is of good price, great service and Dr Guo is really professional and patient. I wanted to get my daughter a pair of ortho-k contact lenses. I called many clinics to compare the prices and I chose this one cos it is the cheapest. However, I got services that is way beyond I paid. When Dr Guo said she was gonna bring the best vision out for my daughter I thought it was only the usual doctor cliché. But after several visits and changing several pairs of contact lenses based on different results of the visits, my daughter got even better vision with the ortho-K contact lenses than the one with frame glasses. We had ortho-k before but last time it was ok my daughter didn’t get this good vision. we are so grateful for Dr Guo and would love to recommend her to any one with same problem.
