I have always had pleasant and helpful interactions with Vision Solutions. They have been able to squeeze me in for an exam appointment last minute twice. However, my Rx was off the first time and I had to return for a re-check as the Rx was too strong. They are reasonably priced but very busy!

They were supposed to call me back to set up an appointment, they never returned my call. They said they were too busy with patients to make an appointment at the time I called and they would get back to me when they had a moment... well, I've been waiting 2 weeks. I guess they are too busy. I'm going elsewhere.

The exam price is cheap but you get what you pay for. I went to another Optometrist as I still couldn't see. The second opinion verified exactly what I knew. My prescription was off which has caused me to have to buy additional lenses so I can see. Please be aware
