I recently had a fantastic experience at Vision Source Broadway location and I'd like to share my positive review: From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members were attentive, professional, and made me feel welcomed. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-organized which helped create a calming environment. During my examination, Dr Fair was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain each step of the process. Her expertise and professionalism were evident, and I felt confident that I was receiving top-notch care. Dr Fair utilized advanced technology and equipment, which enhanced the accuracy of the examination and allowed for a comprehensive assessment of my eye health. This attention to detail, combined with her excellent communication skills, made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the entire appointment. In addition to Dr. Fair's excellent eye care, I also had a positive experience with the billing receptionist at the office. She went above and beyond by informing me about my contact lens rebate, which allowed me to save money. Her proactive approach in providing this information was greatly appreciated and further enhanced my overall experience at the eye doctor's office. Overall, my experience at the eye doctor's office was outstanding. The combination of a friendly and welcoming environment, expert care, and a wide range of eyewear options made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of professional eye care and a great overall experience.

I have been satisfied with the optometry side and Dr. Turner. Always get a good prescription. The optical side has been a disappointment. I have spent $$$ on glasses there, and every time I go to get my glasses adjusted or repaired, the optical staff seem irritable, not friendly and at times rude. It’s a busy optical shop but doesn’t excuse their behavior.

I called to schedule an appointment and told them what insurance I have, after three weeks waiting for my appointment they called me a day before my appointment (yesterday) to say they don't accept my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket even though they had that information for three weeks.
