Horrendous service, i would never recommend anyone coming here. Beware.

Be aware of the office they double charge! I was charge at the office for contact fitting $200 and they still turn around and charge the insurance company an additional $60.00. Contact fitting were never completed- Dr. never did a follow up on the contacts- never got the correct contacts!

I just want to thank James Ward and Ruben for there professionalism and knowledge of what they know about eye wear and frames. also Dr. Lilia and the rest of the nurse assistants for caring about there patients. God bless you all

lousy customer service. ve been emailing for 2 weeks now for assistance. Still waiting.played phone tag w some lady called n left her msg,still no reply... DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Alvarez is a great doctor. Customer service is so bad!

They did an excellent job doing my two daughters exam. My youngest said she had A 5 star experience, and that’s what matters the most.

Dr. Alvarez and her staff are amazing. I had a wonderful experience getting new contacts. She nailed my prescription on the first try and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr Alvarez!

I agree with Sandra, Dr Alvarez is great! But the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They were talking bad about each other in front of patients, and told me i didnt have to go down there to ask a question when i could have called, they would not answer the phone or get back to me about a prescription Do not order contacts through them, might as well use 1800 contacts, as for glasses they do not ask if you want all the add ons that come out to be extremely pricy, this experience is from years going there. Only reason i keep going is because Dr Alvarez knows her stuff

Dr. Alvarez is awesome, although I can't say the same for whomever answers the phones there. Professional phone etiquette would be a plus.

I am so grateful for Dr. Alvarez. She fixed my prescription the very first time I saw her. My previous doctors wouldnt take my issues seriously and kept raising my prescription for years and years causing headaches and chronic eye fatigue. Dr. Alvarez is the best!

Slow service and it feels like you are a distraction.

Dr Alvarez is fabulous, but their optician dept is lacking. I got new glasses last Friday and they need to be adjusted, i can't get an appt until APRIL 4. 17 days between pick up and the day i can get an appointment for an adjustment, no they did not check adjustment when i picked them up, plus it took 5 weeks to get them and even then they didn&t call me, i just happened to drop by to check as i was running errands. unacceptable. They need to change somethings for us Senior citizens that rely on glasses for sight

Dr Alvarez is great. I waited on glasses I ordered for a month. I had to keep calling for any updates but I was left with more questions. Sales people give up on customer service after they get the payment. The receptionist will only tell you that they are busy and will take a message. I cancelled the order but the manger came through. Thank you James.

Best optometrist I've ever had! She is thorough and always takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns.

I do not recommend this place at all. The staff that I had to deal with were extremely unhelpful and very unprofessional. I hope Dr Alvarez does not know what the staff is doing please safe yourself the headache of dealing with the staff and go somewhere else. I was so disappointed with everything that I went ahead and went somewhere else and they provided me with my prescription for my contacts the same day!!

I would like to share my experience here. It was my first time going and happy to say that i will continue going here. I went it for an adjustment for my glasses and had the practice manager Danny help me with it. Had such a cheerful attitude and very good customer service.

Dr. Alvarez and her smug staff would not allow my 70 year old father to wait in their empty waiting room while I got a complete eye exam, and wouldn't be able to drive after. They kicked him out and told him he could wait outside in 100 degree heat, or "drive around for an hour." rather than sit in their empty waiting room. needless to say I immediately walked out. "Doctor" Alvarez is a quack
