The Dr there was very knowledgeable and even explained some things about my eyes that I didn't know. Very helpful. The two people who did my eye exam (one was in training) were great. This place has a lot of very expensive designer frames and not a large selection of moderately priced frames. It took over 35 days to get my glasses from this business. I thought that was an excessive amount of time to make a pair of glasses in 2023. And when my glasses finally came in, the detachable sunglasses were not in the order. Had to wait for them to be sent from the manufacturer. The young female who waited on me when I entered, wasn't very customer friendly. I will not use Vision Source as my vision choice again.

I have been visiting this Deerbrook location for at least 7 to 8 years. I was extremely impressed with the Dr. Patel that was there years ago and with their selection. The glasses were a bit higher than most stores but they had so many. But for the last few years the service has been declining. They never miss taking payment I owe but held onto a credit of over 90.00 for over a year without telling me. But ok np. You have an apt for 9am you get called back 30 to 45 min later. ok most md office do this so np. Year before last I had to return my glasses twice because they kept messing them up. Line of site was off 1st go round and then made in the wrong color. How that happened I have no idea but it did. I have dry eye syndrome and have had punctual plugs. They replaced them a little more than two weeks now and one seems to have fallen out. I called and told them so I could come in and get it taken care of and they wanted to charge a copay. Yeah right. If you buy a dinner to be delivered to you and you get a bad batch they are going to send it to you and not charge another delivery fee. Yea well I have a few words for their corporate office and then I am over done. FRIED.

Horrible service. Instead of getting issues resolved them lie to you. I am still waiting on glasses that I already paid for. I tried to call corporate office but they gave me wrong number. I have used them for several years but this is an unacceptable experience.
