I recently moved to the area and needed to find an optometrist. A friend recommended I try Vision Source Pearland and I had a great experience. The staff and technicians are welcoming and Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable and kind. She was very thorough to make sure that I got the right prescription. Oh, and my favorite thing about this place is that they have a different device to take your eye pressure. No more machines blowing air in my eyes! If you need an eye doctor, I highly recommend going here!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this vision place at all cost. All they care about is charging your insurance and taking your money. it is unacceptable for any business to provide poor customer service and unfair treatment to their clients. It is essential to have trained and compassionate professionals in customer service, especially in the healthcare industry, where patients need to feel comfortable and respected. The reception are disrespectful and the doctors don’t have a heart. If you want to be treated like a dog, and disrespect feel free to visit otherwise there are a lot more great optometrist in the area. If you are stuck in traffic and called ahead to tell them you’re going to be 5 mins late. They tell you “ Don’t bother coming, you won’t be seen” and the reception says these are the doctors orders. Traffic is not something that we can control but to be turned away for arriving 3 mins late to your appointment is unacceptable, especially after I called to give them advanced notice. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache and go with a doctor that cares about helping instead of stealing from your pockets. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will continue to file a complaint with the BBB about this horrible establishment and it’s associates.

I'm visiting from out of town and I sat on my glasses. I couldn't get to Vision Source until after 5. I walk in 20 minutes before their closing time. There's one customer and one person with them. Behind the desk, someone asks if they can help. I showed them my bent frames and asked if they could set them straight. "I think I can. Yeah. Let me try." Two minutes later my frames are straight and I am one happy camper. Thanks Vision Source. You saved the day!
