I cannot say enough about the compassion and professionalism of these wonderful people. Dr Angel, Carey ( I hope I got both names correctly spelled) both have helped me twice in emergency situations. Both times I was provided quickly scheduled appointments and both times I walked away feeling many, many times better. They have my highest regard and recommendation.

Patient care is exceptional. Dr Estrada is terrific. Her assistant Mandy is very efficient and personable. My only issue is the price of eye ware.

All I can say is Wow! And this won't be a good thing. Went in today to ask for repair to glasses I purchased a few years ago that have a reaccuring issue with nose pads. Staff was friendly initially, up until repair was accomplished and I asked for further assistance, as I was considering purchasing another pair of frames today. I was asked to wait as another employee would be helping me. After a long wait the staff member who initially helped me, returned and informed me that as a result of my previous cynical review of this business online I should seek another provider as my business was not welcome and I assume my money wasn't either. So rather than rectify their previous mistakes and attempt to gain back the confidence of a patron. Their solution is to ostracize someone who was critical of past performance. This is a first for me personally, I stand by my first review and can definitely add that it has been affirmed by this business model and practice. Sad that they chose this route of action rather than address shortcoming (s). I'll be more than happy to to take my business and money elsewhere. Beware, patrons. Your every post is being monitored by big ( or should I say little brother) at all times.
