I’ve been coming to Vision Specialists for a couple years, and Dr. Kate is the most thorough eye doctor I’ve ever been to! She checks aspects of my eye health that previous doctors hadn’t checked or spoken about. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I feel like I understand my eye health so much better. The staff is also wonderful and very professional. I recently had an emergency and the whole office was so accommodating about making sure I was taken care of. The office also has a great selection of glasses, and they are helpful without being pushy. My experience here has been wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful staff! Emma, Amanda, Dr. Hall and company all provide an excellent environment. They are knowledgeable and helpful through the whole eye exam process.

I called and wanted to place an order for my contacts before the end of the day aa my benefits end at 1159pm. Emma, who normally handles the orders for contacts asked for my insurance info and I asked if she had this information on my profile because as far as I knew, I still have insurance. During this time, I was very polite and not once raised my voice. She stated that she was unable to do a conference call with VSP, but later recanted and said she'd give them a call. All of this after telling me not to yell, but I was not raising my voice. However, I told her she'd clearly know if I was raising my voice. I asked to speak yo someone else to assist with my request, she advised she was the only person I could speak to. When I kindly reminded her that she was acting like a "Karen"she hung u0. Classic because of was more than kind to her. I do not appreciate when anyone plays victim on the phone, making it seem as though I was being rude because she wasn't capable of doing her job. Called VSP and issue resolved, but they lost a customer behind this poor customer experience b
