What an amazing experience! (Didn’t think an optometrist visit could be that) Excellent customer service from the front desk people, the assistants, and the doctor. I love all the technology they have too. Dr Pemberton is so knowledgeable. He is very nice and takes the time to do a thorough exam, and educate you on what’s going on. He explains everything very well. I had prepared my self mentally to sit in the waiting room for hours like it’s happened at other places, which makes me not want to go and get my eyes checked. I was in and out in about half hour. Didn’t even sit for more than five minutes in the waiting room. It may sound like a lie, but it’s true. I also took the first appointment of the day, so that probably helped too. I called on a Thursday to schedule an appointment and their first available was the next Monday. It was amazing!!! If you want to get your eyes checked and you want to be treated with respect and kindness, and not have to wait for hours, I recommend you come to this office.

I had an excellent experience at this optometrist office. The doctors were knowledgeable and attentive, providing top-notch care. The staff was friendly. Special shoutout to Rosalia and Damarys, who were incredibly caring and attentive. They truly went above and beyond. The facility was impeccably clean. Plus, I didn't have to wait long for my visit. Highly recommend.
