They’re warm, welcoming, and give the kind of personal attention you never get at big chains. They helped me find the perfect frames and made the whole process so easy. Great service, great selection, and a true local gem. Highly recommend!

We have been going to vision world for a couple of years now and they never disappoint!!! The whole family wears glasses/contacts from my 7 year old boy to my husband and I !!! We love going the staff is amazing but what’s even better is Chanel and fendi !!! We love those pups!!!

First time needing glasses, and although I approached the building with uncertainty all negative feelings immediately were thwarted the moment I stepped through the door. To my surprise instead of the expected “Hello, welcome to vision world” instead I was greeted by a duo of warm and friendly K-9 companions. To my added surprise I rhetorically asked them that they show me to the front. ( Recent snowfall seemed to have blocked the front entrance and customers were instructed to enter from the back of the establishment ) Once again I was enchanted to see that this pair of K-9 pals led me right to where I would be purchasing my first pair of prescription Glasses. I could not have been happier with the service. My K-9 pals returned to the front where they greeted the next patron and I was handed off to the saleswomen who skillfully matched me to a pair of frames that I highly enjoyed. The whole process from beginning to end was fairly quick and am happy to recommend this business place to anybody whether a new customer or not. Will certainly return here anytime I need service. My wife and I went in this morning to order a pair of glasses for me. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant and easy experience, but the highlight for me was the owner's 2 labrador retrievers, Gucci and Fendi, who greeted us upon arrival! As an owner of labs myself, I felt right at home.

My family has been going to Vision World for years. The eye exams are very thorough where they find you the perfect prescription for glasses and contacts. The wonderful staff spend time helping you find the best glasses and sunglasses for your face. They are also extremely knowledgeable about eye insurance and helping you to get everything you are entitled to under your plan. Finally, you are now greeted by the sweet Fendi and Gucci who are happy to help, as well!

I am so grateful for this place! We have been coming here for years and it has always been the best experience. Not only do you have an incredibly caring and helpful staff but there’s doggies!!! You can’t beat that anywhere else! They are the most loving and playful dogs to be around. It makes the experience of going to an eye doctor ten times better. Highly recommend this place!

Do not trust the high rating. My experience here was highly unprofessional. I felt rushed through my exam and was handed a contact lens prescription without any trial lenses. When I asked for trials, they gave me a different brand as a placeholder, which turned out to be the wrong prescription entirely. When I called to fix the error, the staff was incredibly condescending and dismissive of my concerns. Medical and vision care should not feel like a battle.

Been coming here since I moved to Albertson and they are FANTASTIC in addressing my needs and finding the right pair of glasses for my family. Highly recommend everyone there!!

They have been absolutely wonderful with my son and to work with. They have helped my son pick out glasses, fix his glasses when he broke them, and help me order stellest lens for his new glasses. They worked with me to run the lens through insurance and got us the best price. Stopped by here to get my glasses fixed after part of the frame broke off and the experience was great! The staff were incredibly kind and easy to talk to. My glasses were fixed in ~5 minutes and i got to see their amazing dogs. I’d definitely come back.

Nicole is great. She was so helpful and pleasant. I was looking for help to swap my prescription lens with the new exact same frame. She is there to help me. This shop is cute and has many different styles of frames. Highly recommend to come here.

I rate retail experiences based on 3 criteria; product, service, and atmosphere. Vision World checks all 3 boxes. Nicole is Vision World’s manager and sets the tone for the staff to provide a personalized shopping experience. It is the “Cheers” of eyeglass stores, a place where everyone knows your name. You feel welcome as if you’re with friends you have known for years. I believe that buying the highest quality products ultimately saves money. However, I was buying glasses at a chain store thinking the quality was good. At Vision World I experienced the difference with quality lenses. I cannot wear chain store glasses anymore.

Absolutely incredible service! I brought in my Gucci glasses to have lenses put in, and Bruce (the owner) and Nicole (the manager) made the process effortless. They treated me with such care, answered all my questions, and got everything done in just ONE DAY. The lenses are crystal clear, perfectly fitted, and my frames look amazing. It’s rare to find a place that combines real expertise with warm, personal service, but this store delivers both. Bruce’s craftsmanship and Nicole’s professionalism make you feel like you’re in the best hands. I wouldn’t trust my glasses anywhere else—this will be my go-to optical shop from now on! Forever !!! 😎
