They are very friendly and listen to all your concerns as well as answer them and pair you with the right doctor that will be the best to treat and resolve your vision problems correctly. Ivey worked very hard and went above and beyond to research which Doctor and surgery center would be the best to resolve my sight and finical issues that works with my insurance. Dr Tracy Swartz is the best.

I went to Vision america to get some laser work on my lenses that were replaced three or four years ago. The staff was great. I was seen on time. No delays. Dr. Mulrooney explained the process and possible side effects. The actual treatment only took about five minutes. It was painless. The results were immediate and startling. My distance vision improved almost immediately. Highly recommend.

From arrival through the visit and at checkout, everyone was very polite and professional. At checkout, there was an issue with my referral. The wonderful lady went above and beyond, spending 25-30 on the phone with my PCM to work out the issue and get everything straight

The technicians and Dr Peaslee are great, but the wait time and lack of communication from the front desk staff are RIDICULOUS. We waited almost an hour and a half to even be called back for my son's appointment and they didn't offer an apology or explanation or anything until the tech called us back.

The staff was great! Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Did not wait long before I was called back. Dr. Powell was very thorough, professional, and would highly recommend her.

The staff was wonderful. Kristine at the front desk was very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.
