I recently had to buy glasses and was really nervous about the process. The owner made the process incredibly easy. He helped me set up an eye exam and he helped me pick out a pair of glasses... which would have been a stressful decision for me to make on my own! He was very efficient, and very knowledgable. Owner talked me into progressive lenses saying they've improved immensely over the years. They haven't. I was also talked into "no glare" lenses. The glare is worse with them. Even though I had good insurance and brought my old frames, the bill was still $200. Never again.
