I’m relatively new to Nashville… I’ve been going here for about two years and had a phenomenal experience with this doctor and all the staff. The doctor is professional and knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. Even if it’s a menial annual exam. The staff is also extremely friendly and focused on customer service. I’ve never felt like something fell in between the cracks. They have always been attentive to my needs and assisted me in getting my prescriptions updated. They also helped me find the right frame and lens. The team here even allowed me to come back in and get my prescription updated when the trial lenses weren’t exactly what I needed. They didn’t treat me like I was a burden or nuisance. They knew my vision was important and were so caring. It’s often hard to find the right doctor that’s trustworthy and that’s going to meet your needs, so I’m glad I found one of the good ones! I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

Just so insanely anxious to get my most favorite frames I’ll have ever have in my entire tenure of wearing glasses! Nearly 25 years. . Not only does Visionary Eyeworks accept our insurance (which was #1 as I’m only in Nashville temporarily), but I was drawn when searching for an optometrist based off of the frame brands they carry. Which are: Tom Ford Chloé Tiffany Versace Prada Ray Ban And so much more! And not only in prescription, clear lenses. You can get the designer frames as prescription sunglasses! The ENTIRE STAFF was just the most friendly and welcoming! You feel like family when you leave. From the moment that I emailed to see if I was covered from my insurance to when Deidre was walking me out the door, I was valued and just catered to. Doctor Carr was so friendly and he has some great technology that can do retinal scans, which was not as scary as it may seem. He explained what my healthy retinal scan meant and when I asked if it wasn’t healthy, he showed me what abnormalities would look like. From A to Z there was no part that was not explained, and the entire staff was so wonderful. 10 out of 10 recommend Visionary and I will be back, even when I’m not in TN anymore. They’ve got a lifelong customer in me and I cannot say enough great things about this perfect gem of an optometrist spot.

My contact lenses were back ordered, yet they went above and beyond and were able to get my prescription to me on time. Everyone working there is super helpful and accomodating, cannot recommend them enough!
