Great visit to Vision one on Redwood Shores Parkway! My 5 year old felt safe and heard. They helped with insurance questions and gave each of us their full attention and cared about our vision needs. The optometrist was fabulous and their selection of frames was really good.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Le, please be careful making appointment with her if she hears a voice of another patient will leave your exam half way to tend others. She asked me to bring the box or my eye prescription from last year. I had the right eye, I guessed what was my left eye’s power. She gave me wrong prescription based off of my last year’s eye power, my vision on left eye has changed since last year, It is somewhat blurry. she didn’t pay attention to what I said while she was examining my left eye. I told her my right eye’s vision is ok and yes there was no change. While examining my left eye she stopped as soon as she heard other patients came, I told her with the lenses that she was using during the examination are still blurry and letters look smudged on the bottom but she discontinued said go home check the power from the box of your contact & call me, I confirm that your left eye’s power has not changed from last year. I was shocked and very upset, to the point that when she asked if I want her to dilate my eye I said no. Never had such a bad experience with my eye doctors in the past. If I was going to give the copy of my prescription to Doctor why would I go for examination and I do not know why she did not care enough to spend more time to find correct lens for my left eye vision, especially that at the beginning I told her I have problem with the vision in my left eye.
