Brought my 5 yr old son for an eye exam today and couldn't have been more happy with the appointment. The entire staff was amazing! So helpful answering questions and helping us find the perfect glasses. The Dr. Took her time getting my son comfortable after we had a bad experience with a different place. She explained to him what she was doing and was so patient when he was scared to get eye drops. Great atmosphere and staff. So happy we found this place.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from here for my entire family over the years. There were mistakes made but they were typically resolved...until the last pair purchased for my severely disabled son last year. From the outset the glasses were a problem because one of the lenses kept popping out which caused them to get seriously scratched after only a few days but also affected his vision and overall school performance and behavior because the lens didn't just pop back in but rather had to be brought back to the shop countless times. Each time we met with either Victoria or Michael we were told it was because of his "high prescription" and that the lens would need to be shaved back. We continued to have issues causing us to make multiple visits which is a huge inconvenience with a disabled child. The more it was shaved the worse the issue became. My son's school called us almost daily because it was unsafe to have him walk around with just one lens. His vision therapist was particularly upset. I continued to call and visit the shop to no avail. They refusedto give me new glasses. After awhile they would take a message and not call me back or I'd leave a voice mail and not get a return call. I paid several visits to the shop but they are continually closed. Last week I went to a new eyeglass shop and showed them the glasses and they told me "Whoever did this has no business making glasses." He explained that shaving the lens was "all wrong" because it made the edge smooth and more likely to pop out. He also said it had nothing to do with the high prescription. They were made poorly which is a sin because they cost nearly $1000. I am horrified by how this shop treats their customers. Please think twice about giving them your money. And PS rather than waiting 6 weeks for glasses at this shop, the new shop I went to will have them in a week...for $200 cheaper and I was treated with kindness not like I was a nuisance.
