Place was nice had good energy everywhere and with every person I interacted with. The doc was a young guy that was super friendly and energetic knowledgeable and goofy(in a good way). The guy that helped me pick my glasses seemed to be having a bad day and just not himself which we all have those days. However it was the complete opposite with Keisha (hopefully spelled correctly). Her knowledge, costumer service, attitude, patience, and energy was nothing short of perfection. She was amazing and I should have asked her on a date to be honest. My experience was wonderful I give it a go 9 out of 10.

Everyone was so great to my six year old. He was comfortable and they went out of their way to include his puppy he had brought with :). The doctor was so informative and answered all questions on issues we are having with my son’s vision and eyes. He needs glasses and further therapy but we are so happy to have some answers!

The building is nice and the office is clean. The staff are generally polite and easy to work with but the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I was in for an eye exam and after getting home I noticed I was charged a (hidden) $50 contact lens fitting fee. After calling for more information, the only explanation I was given was that it's standard at all eye doctors. Whether or not that's true, it should be something that's disclosed to the patient. On top of that, I didn't even leave with an updated prescription - I had to call back and tell them what my current one was. If you're seeing fine and just need to order new contacts you can save yourself the hassle (and expense) by going to 1-800-CONTACTS and they'll update your prescription for $20 and you don't even have to leave your house. Lesson learned.
