They weren't too bad while I was there, annoyingly sickly sweet, we all know the type, usual b.s from people that hate customer service but gotta pay them bills! The Dr. was nice. Picked out a pair of glasses to appease the optical Gods..then this morning decided I didn't want them. Called to try to cancel the order and when I asked the girl on the other end if I could, she just said "No" and hung up on me..them true colors came out! Snotty, Snotty! So called another vision works, they cancelled them no problem..So obviously will never go back, because that was not cool. 1 star for being hung up on by a grouchy millennial!

Never had an issue here! Dr. Shuba found two cataracts one last year and one 6 years ago, just recently had to get my reading glasses repaired but they cannot repair them so the nice gentleman that waited on me ordered a replacement pair for me! Highly recommend visionworks at highmark building!

The Doctor and staff were very accommodating and took their time in assessing and caring for me.
