After mantra vision works experiences i can say I'd never buy glasses without checking them out. Be prepared to wait your turn. They give their full attention to the customer in front of them.

My experience was great. Very thorough and staff was extremely helpful. A special thanks to Ann for her assistance in finding the right frames for me. I always recommend Vision Works to others who ask for a referral.

This place is great!! Ann and Megan were terrific to work with. I got an eye exam, picked out glasses and paid. Was out the door in about a hour. Definitely recommend!!

They think it okay for them to make us wait there for 10, 20, 30, 40 minutes until their Dr is ready. Not once, every time I have an appointment. But don’t you dare be 6 minutes late they won’t see You? Even though they probably weren’t even ready themselves. I could see 10 minutes but 5 minutes? That’s the difference in catching red light vs a green light. GRRRRRRrrrrr what a waste of time…. Talk about privileged…

The customer service I received purchasing my new glasses Was at the highest levels of professionalism.your representatives knowledge of your products was impressive. I had several questions about fitment sizing and my prescription that were all answered .I have been a committed customer for many years and will share my experience with everyone I know .

Being a "glass-wearer", is new for me. I was extremely pleased with Shane, the Sales Associate who assisted me. He was welcoming and personable, as well a good listener. Also, Shane had a good understanding of the features, advantages, and benefits of the choices we looked at. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend my Visionworks experience and purchase.
