I had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam and glasses fitting. I show up for the appointment today and am told that my appointment was rescheduled to a few additional weeks out due to a doctor issue. The staff was very polite, but did not assist with finding another appointment at another Visionworks. Called the Waukesha location, and they didn't have anything sooner either, but they found me an appointment at Southridge next Friday, which I was able to call and secure. I just wish the location that cancelled my appointment had that level of customer service.

All the workers are nice and personable. My biggest issue is the scheduling. It's obvious they are understaffed, so that means they shouldn't be taking appointments every 15 minutes. I had to wait almost an hour to be seen for a 4pm appointment that was scheduled a couple weeks in advance. Next year, I will be going to do a different provider that takes my insurance and values my time.
