Visited this location for the first time. Two employees present and no welcome greetings. I was the only customer in the store. Took a few minutes before I was recognized and greeted. Prices are outrageous. They play the numbers game with the lenses cost and their supposed BOGO offers.

All the staff both at the optometrist section and the glasses sales section are polite and professional. I never felt like someone was encouraging me to not use my discounts and my insurance which I have failed at other vision stores. Knowledgeable about my vision insurance and flexible when I asked the options for putting new lenses in an existing pair of sunglass frames I have. Wide selection of frames available and in different price ranges.

Excellent experience! Dr. Truong takes time to evaluate her patients. She listens and gives recommendations. Vision works associates are great! They help you choose the glasses that are good for you. Warranty is also a plus!
