I have sort of changed my mind. A few months later. The glasses I got were too short for my ears. I didn’t realize that was a thing. Nobody pointed that out to me in the store or I would have chosen another pair. Because of that, they fell off and got scratched. They barely fell at all and landed on carpet. These things must be made with the lowest quality materials. Now, I am the kind of person that buys the best extended warranty for everything. If it is offered, I always get it. I’m an easy mark. There is ZERO chance they mentioned that it was an option. I would have (with no question) gotten it for the $29 at the time. I only found out they offer it because when my wife got glasses the DID offer it to her. So I came into the store to ask. They are very nice people but they said I am completely out of luck. I would have to repurchase the glasses with a 25% discount. These glasses don’t fit me right. They scratched easily. No way I’m rebuying them. If the salesperson would have offered the warranty I would have gotten it. So yeah. Poor service. Poor quality. It makes sense why these stores are losing so much ground to online retailers. My review was originally positive (based on my interactions with the people here). I was wrong. As far as the practice of optometry, I don’t have any complaints. The doctor was good & my prescription was accurate. It was just everything else that was a disappointment. I would suggest going elsewhere. Downgraded from five stars to one. Appropriately.

My glasses are less than a year old, my bow broke and I brought them back in to get the bow replaced and I was told to go to Pearl Vision. Reached out to the Customer Service and they informed me someone from the store would get back to me....STILL WAITING.

In my 13+ years of getting glasses, I've never had an experience quite like this. Everything was fine until the day I came to pick up my glasses. I always look forward to getting new glasses and the clarity it brings. When I put these on, my vision was warped, and I could not see anything. My old glasses were better. I was rushed out and told, "My eyes just need to get used to it." I was told to try wearing them for 2 weeks. I have NEVER been told to wear glasses that strain my eyes, give me headaches after 2 minutes of wearing it, and can't even see out of. They said they can set up another appointment, but after the condensending tones, being rushed, and the prescriptions being so far off to begin with, it would be a waste of time and it makes me uncomfortable
