Please avoid this location if you can. I went in for an eye exam that was rushed and required a follow up to correct the issues. The follow up was also rushed and I ended up having to go to another chain in order to get a prescription that didn't give me headaches. I even returned my glasses to get the new prescription replaced, but that was 2 months ago with no contact from the company. I tried calling the number, but you can only talk to an automatic machine. This has been a horrible experience, so I make an active effort to steer individuals away from this location. Please, please, please consider your other options. It was worth the 250 out of pocket to go somewhere else and give up on this place.

The staff here are very kind and helpful when I come in for small things like adjustments to my glasses. However I came in a month ago for an eye exam and left with new prescriptions for both my glasses and contacts. After using these new prescriptions to order new glasses and contacts, I found that it was very inaccurate, leaving my vision blurry and causing me mild headaches. The optometrist also neglected to measure my PD. There is a lack of attention to detail at this Visionworks and this caused me an undue and significant inconvenience. I now own glasses and many contact lenses for a prescription that isn’t right for me. I would recommend that anyone looking for an eye exam, and not anything small, tries elsewhere. That the staff is kind does not really help, since it seems I was wronged due to a rushed job.
