Very welcoming staff. I went in for an appointment with Dr Pawlak. While I was waiting the team in the store helped me choose frames that would compliment my face. I tried on many options and the team was friendly and attentive to my concerns. They are very good at qualifying the customer and taking your wants into consideration while they help you find the right pair. When my glasses were ready for pick up, I had just gotten off of work and because of my schedule wouldn't have been able to go for a few more days. I called explaining that I would show up right before closing and asked if this would be okay. The manager was more than accommodating. She welcomed me into the shop and sat me down to make sure my new glasses fit perfectly. 100% recommend going here. From start to finish (including my eye exam), I felt welcomed and taken care of. What a great team! 🤩

The optician working Tuesday was so professional and personable. I truly appreciated the time he spent with me. For him, I give 100% 5 stars. My glasses are set to be completed in 10 days. Time will tell about the overall quality. I’m hoping my glasses will be of the same high quality the service I received was.
